Just sitting here thinking about how awesome it is to be an Indie author. You can write what you want and don't have to have a publishing company reject your book. It is a great time we live in now.

 

Of course success doesn't happen over night. It usually doesn't happen with the first book. Odds are you don't see real money until you get your second and third book up, especially if you write in a series.

 

Another cool thing that we have at our disposal is the internet. You can learn how to do everything from making a book cover to formatting your books.

 

There are a lot of great resources out there. YouTube is your friend, as long as you limit your time on it. It can become a huge time suck.

 

In the next couple of weeks I am gonna create some short videos that get right to the point. I am tired of hour long webinars that are only made to sell you something. I am sure you are too.
