If you're new around here, I like to answer readers' questions in our newsletter every now and then. There's no particular order for which ones I choose...

If your question is good and can help others I will also put it on our FAQ and/or Resources page. If you didn't know, I believe in helping others when I can. We have been on the receiving end of help we we needed it most so it only makes sense to pass it on.
When I started Awesomegang it was to help the little guy so to speak. I was turned down from a book promo site because my book wasn't good enough so I started my own book promotion site. Since I had been building websites for years I knew how to market one. It afforded me to build a site for the authors that didn't get accepted to the "Big Name" sites at the time.
For 10 years we have been taking free book submission promos that help authors get more exposure. Most of these authors don't have a marketing budget and have a 9-5 job that pays the bills. Even the paid promotions on Awesomegang are only $10. The same price it was 10 years ago and to be honest I don't think it will ever go up in price. I always want an author to be able to promote their books on a limited budget.
This is the reason I also put out coupons out on our main site Awesome Book Promotion. I try to make it affordable to everyone and give the smaller authors a break.
